Our Founders

Chad Dudley

Chad Dudley is a prominent attorney and consultant with significant experience in personal injury law and law firm management. Born in Southern California and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, he excelled in competitive tennis in his youth, earning a scholarship to the Nick Bollettieri Tennis Academy (now IMG Academy) in Florida at age 15.

Chad attended Louisiana State University (LSU) on a tennis scholarship, where he earned his undergraduate degree in marketing. He later received his Juris Doctor from the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center.

In 2009, Chad co-founded Dudley DeBosier Injury Lawyers alongside Steven DeBosier and James Peltier. Under his leadership, the firm has expanded to over 50 attorneys across Louisiana and has recovered nearly $2 billion for clients statewide.

Beyond his legal practice, Chad has been a consultant to personal injury firms for over 15 years. In this role, he has helped more than 200 firms nationwide improve their operations and increase their growth. He is an industry expert in law firm management, marketing, and technology, and is a nationally recognized speaker on these topics.

In 2017, Chad became the CEO of cj Advertising, an agency representing personal injury firms. In 2022, he co-founded Law Firm Xcelerator with Micki Love.

Micki Love

Micki Love’s journey in the personal injury law industry began as a runner for Hughes & Coleman, a Kentucky law firm. Over the next 23 years, she became an integral part of the firm, playing a key role in marketing and operations. Her leadership eventually led her to the position of Chief Operating Officer.

Micki helped Hughes & Coleman grow exponentially during her tenure, expanding to a team of over 175 members across nine offices in four states. She also spearheaded initiatives such as organizing the M&L Legal Marketing and Management seminars, leading financial comparison groups, and developing a cutting-edge intake and operational efficiency system that elevated the firm’s performance.

Following her time at Hughes & Coleman, Micki joined Vista Consulting, working with law firms nationwide to overcome operational challenges and unlock their potential.

In 2018, Micki became President and Chief Brand Strategist at cj Advertising. There, she launched cj Consulting and oversaw the agency’s accounts, guiding clients with her deep expertise in marketing, strategy, and operational leadership.

As the co-founder of Law Firm Xcelerator, Micki now uses her wealth of experience to help personal injury law firms streamline their operations, elevate their marketing strategies, and achieve sustainable growth.

When she’s not driving success for law firms, Micki enjoys spending time with her children, Caleb and Ava, supporting their passions and watching them excel in their pursuits.
